My church is blessed to be the “home theater” for Masquer Ministries…a phenomenal troupe of dedicated volunteer actors and musicians. Over the years they’ve been with us, they’ve done some wonderful productions, but in this man’s opinion, their new production of “Traditions: A Classic Christmas Concert” outshines them all. Click the video above for a taste of the show.
I’m uniquely fortunate in that each time Masquer Ministries does a new performance, I get my own private showing a couple days before the rest of the world, ‘cause I’m able to photograph their dress rehearsal. I’m sure the troupe members love having me in their way, but I sure enjoy it (and appreciate the opportunity to do it!)

I was able to photograph the rehearsal for “Traditions” this week, and let me just say that unless you’re out of town, or your legs are broken, you need to make an effort to see this show. It will bless your socks off! Beautiful Christmas music, wonderfully performed sets the tone perfectly for this season.

If you’re in Orange County (CA) or the neighborhood, performances are this Friday through Sunday (12/12/08 – 12/14/08) at the Candlewood Theater at Anaheim First Church of the Nazarene (click here for directions): doors open at 7:00 PM, curtain at 7:30 PM.

Hope to see you there, and have a blessed Christmas!
